We loved this staying. The standard queen room was fantastic, included tea/coffee making equipment, a work desk and a TV. There was a nice pool on site too. The location was marvellous and peaceful, for example, Rimouski Regional Museum was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, quite a cosy atmosphere all around.
The hotel seemed to be a little understaffed. At times, one person was in charge of the reception desk as well as of the coffee/choco bar, which resulted in long waiting.

Excellent lobster club sandwich in the restaurant.
Corridors have a low, creepy ceiling. Layout of the hotel is confusing. Bathroom fixtures, etc. are tired and in need of updating.

We loved the location it was close to everything we wanted to see. My mother was born there and it was nice to see her reconize buildings thst were still standing from thirty years ago.

The location was really convenient for local attractions.
When I arrived, the front desk wouldn't acknowledge my early check-in request and advised me that the room wouldn't be ready until 4 pm. It felt disrespectful, as I was made to wait unnecessarily without any courtesy extended to me, despite the hotel being quiet. I won't return due to the unhelpfulness.

Great stay, fabulous food and friendly staff
I stayed for two nights in a King Suite with River View, and I enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere of the hotel. The restaurant served an excellent breakfast with plenty of hot options, and I was particularly impressed by the quality of the steaks for dinner. The staff was accommodating, always ready to help and.
